Dr. Emily A. Devol, D.O.

Medical Director

Dr. Emily Devol is a board-certified osteopathic physician with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies, and wellness care. She has served as Medical Director for multiple practices, where she provides advanced treatments including awake liposculpting, fat grafting, IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone replacement, and aesthetic procedures such as fillers, neurotoxin injections, and laser therapies.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Devol is recognized as a national speaker for Merz Aesthetics and a Key Opinion Leader for Cartessa Aesthetics, frequently training providers on advanced injectable techniques and innovative technologies. Her leadership and dedication to patient-centered care have earned her multiple honors, including Tampa Top Doctor awards in Cosmetic Facial Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine, as well as the 2024 Merz Center of Excellence distinction.

Dr. Scott M. Martin, MD, MS

Senior Product Medical Consultant

Dr. Scott M. Martin is a board-certified interventional pain physician with a specialization in regenerative medicine. In his role as Senior Product Medical Consultant, he brings extensive knowledge of regenerative products derived from perinatal tissues, such as umbilical cord and amniotic components. These advanced products, manufactured in FDA-registered, multi-state licensed tissue banks adhering to stringent quality standards, are designed to support the body’s natural healing processes.

Dr. Lynch-Phelps, DNP, APRN-BC, AGPCNP-BC

Lead Nurse Practitioner

With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and over 44 years of dedicated nursing experience, Dr. Lynch-Phelps brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her extensive background includes critical roles in intensive care, neonatal intensive care, and skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Lynch-Phelps is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, leading our team of nurse practitioners with expertise and compassion.
