Dr. Andrew Fritze

Medical Director

Dr. Andrew Fritze is a Florida-licensed physician specializing in general surgery, with deep expertise in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic techniques, robotic surgery, and trauma care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Florida State University College of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, following an internship at Halifax Health Medical Center. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Fritze has served as a staff surgeon within the Halifax Health and AdventHealth systems, where he managed complex acute and trauma surgical cases and helped advance the adoption of da Vinci robotic surgical technology across multiple health systems. He led the UF Health TraumaOne program as part of the national Stop the Bleed campaign and implemented patient-flow improvements, safety protocols, and documentation standards across multiple hospitals. Beyond the operating room, he has contributed his clinical leadership to the community as a physician representative and clinical director for the Special Olympics USA and World Games. A former University of Florida football player and two-time national champion, he brings the same discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence to patient-centered care.

Dr. Scott M. Martin, MD, MS

Senior Product Medical Consultant

Dr. Scott M. Martin is a board-certified interventional pain physician with a specialization in regenerative medicine. In his role as Senior Product Medical Consultant, he brings extensive knowledge of regenerative products derived from perinatal tissues, such as umbilical cord and amniotic components. These advanced products, manufactured in FDA-registered, multi-state licensed tissue banks adhering to stringent quality standards, are designed to support the body’s natural healing processes.

Dr. Lynch-Phelps, DNP, APRN-BC, AGPCNP-BC

Lead Nurse Practitioner

With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and over 44 years of dedicated nursing experience, Dr. Lynch-Phelps brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her extensive background includes critical roles in intensive care, neonatal intensive care, and skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Lynch-Phelps is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, leading our team of nurse practitioners with expertise and compassion.
